Eliza Cushman is a Partner at Congruent Ventures. She has invested over $1 billion of private capital into companies across sectors and stages. She previously worked at KKR and Bank of America Merrill Lynch and has experience across the capital stack including equity and debt.

Eliza joined Congruent in 2023 and works on both new deals and portfolio support with a primary focus on Congruent’s later stage companies reaching growth inflection. She is a board observer at AMP, Dispatch Goods, and Demex and helps oversee Congruent’s investments in First Street, Muon Space, Parallel Systems, Lydian, Enerflo, Gritt Robotics, and Applied Carbon.

She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Finance from Wake Forest University.

Eliza enjoys long hikes, plant parenting, experimenting with vegetarian recipes, and exploring different wine regions around the world.
