Gray Robinson is a Partner at Congruent Ventures. She brings experience as both an early stage venture investor and startup executive.

On the operator side, Gray oversaw strategy and operations for Mariana Tek, a previous portfolio company, through their exit to Xplor Technologies. Following the acquisition, she led corporate strategy for more than 30 software brands and $27B in payments volume at Xplor. On the investment side, Gray worked on software investments and portfolio support at Anzu Partners, an industrial tech-focused venture firm. She started her career at Village Capital, a seed stage fund and accelerator focused on cleantech, agtech, fintech and health.

Gray joined Congruent Ventures in March 2025 and works on both new investments and portfolio support.

She holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Economics from Davidson College and completed an Impact Investing Fellowship through Middlebury College.

Gray enjoys hiking, gardening, live music and up to 9 holes of golf at a time.
