Hillá Watkins is the Platform Partner at Congruent Ventures, focusing on ecosystem and portfolio support.

Previously, Hillá was the CMO at Scale Venture Partners. Before crossing over to venture, Hillá was a long-time marketing operator at several high-growth software startups, and spent five years at Pendo, where she was the VP of Brand.

Hillá has a BA in Medieval History from Yale University, and a MA in Communication, Culture, and Technology from Georgetown University.

When not in the office, you can usually find Hillá making elaborate meals, crocheting, gardening, or reading.
