Joshua Posamentier is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Congruent Ventures. He has rich experience in venture (Prelude Ventures, Intel Capital) and operating roles (Intel wireless chip, National Semi, TI), and entrepreneurship (CEO of Blipstream).

Josh oversees Congruent’s investments in Alloy Enterprises, Applied Carbon, Bonsai Robotics, Energetic Insurance, First Street, Kodama, Lydian Labs, Meati, Muon Space, Parallel Systems, Pico MES, Planet FWD, Rendered.AI, Robigo, and VEIR among others.

Josh has over 50 patents issued or pending, holds a BA in physics from the University California at Berkeley, and holds MBAs from the Columbia Business School and Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

Josh is an avid cyclist, skier, sailor, surfer, and photographer and lives with his family in the SF Bay Area.
